Unused Airline Tickets-Please advise your Travel Leaders Team if you have any previously purchased airline tickets. The ticket information will be logged into your traveler profile so that the agents can proactively recommend re-use. Exchange fees may apply.

Lower Fares-If you find a lower fare outside of the Travel Leaders system, follow the instructions on the Low Fare Guarantee below and submit the Challenge Form to the agency.

Advance Boarding Pass and Online Check-In

With our Advance Boarding Pass Online Check-In, you can conveniently check-in and print your boarding passes online as early as 24 hours and up to 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Online Check-In enables you to avoid Check-In lines at the airport by printing your boarding pass from home and heading directly to security and the gate when you arrive at the airport. For your convenience, this information is provided on major carriers that offer this service.
