Diane Mullahy

Diane has been in the travel industry since 1981 and has owned and operated Travel Leaders since 1984. She is dedicated to Travel Leaders and her staff and leads by setting an example: take pride in what you do, bring talented people together and provide personalized service in everything you do. Under Diane’s leadership Travel Leaders has ranked as a top women’s led business in the state the past 4 years. Remaining independently owned and operated the business consists of 3 offices and is a diversified travel management company with a mix of corporate, leisure and government.

Steve McCabe - Vice President 

Steve McCabe

Steve is a graduate of the University Of Massachusetts with a degree in management with a concentration in accounting.  Before joining Travel Leaders in 2001 he was previously a self-employed travel agency management consultant for 17 years. During that time Steve learned the best practices of these travel management companies and brought these ideas with him. Foremost is the principle that customer service and professionalism is the foundation of Travel Leaders.

Cheryl Livingston - Director, Corporate Sales & Account Management

Cheryl Livingston

Cheryl has over 25 years of experience managing high-performance Sales and Account Management teams in the business travel industry. Over the course of her career, she has consistently demonstrated ability to drive the inside/outside sales function as well as the day-to-day management of over 500 customer accounts in a thriving $100 million annual business. Cheryl is an expert at combining strategic initiatives with tactical implementation to earn 96% customer approval and 92% customer retention ratings.

Sarah Nicol - Corporate Operations Manager

Sarah Nicol

Sarah has been in the travel industry since 1994 in her first position in the industry with Arthur D Little booking corporate travel. A member of the Travel Leaders team for 6 years now, Sarah is the main point of contact for the Corporate Department, she oversees any customer service issues and is the liaison between the vendors and the agents as well as the contact person for Concur. She also works with the sales team on building relationships with our corporate clients and business development, for corporate incentive programs.

Maria Shapiro - Government Travel Manager

Maria Shapiro

Maria started as a Leisure agent, giving her opportunities to extensively travel throughout Europe. Then moving up into corporate travel, where she handled the faculty, and the athletic department for Northeastern University. She now manages the government travel office for military and civilian travel. Maria has 25 years of travel management experience, 11 years with Travel Leaders Framingham.

Pedro Oliveira - IT Manager

Pedro Oliveira

Pedro has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT field. Among many of his achievements he earned a CompTIA Merit Award for IT in 2003. Pedro has participated at national level IT competitions twice, organized by BPA (Business Professionals of America). After winning at both regional and state levels, he proved to be one of the best in the state. Pedro has national level placements in competitions in computer and network diagnostics and repair, putting him on par with the best in the country.
